TC NBR Oil Seal
Oil seal is mainly used to seal media with pressure. lt has advantages when sealing low viscosity and gaseous media.The function of the oil seal is accomplished by the elastic part which has a spring embedded within it used on places where it is necessary to separate environments with small pressure differences.
TC type oil seal is double lip (one main lip and one auxiliary lip), one self-tightening spiral spring, and the reinforcement framework is completely wrapped by rubber.
The maximum pressure is0.03mpa (0.3kgf/ cm2).
Nitrile rubber, with a service temperature of minus 40℃ to 125℃, is resistant to mineral oil and has good wear resistance. It is most used in oil seals, but it cannot be used in ketone and lipid polar solvents.
